The Opportunity

We are working with a leading organisation delivering works on a high-profile industrial site in Derbyshire, and are looking to appoint an experienced Project Manager to oversee a programme of works within a live, safety-critical environment.

This is an excellent opportunity to join a well-structured project team on a long-term contract, managing delivery on a technically complex site.

The Role

As Project Manager, you will take responsibility for the end-to-end delivery of projects, ensuring works are completed safely, on time, and within budget.

Key responsibilities include:

• Leading project delivery across multiple workstreams
• Managing Site Managers, subcontractors, and supply chain
• Overseeing programme, cost control, and reporting
• Ensuring compliance with HSE and site-specific regulations
• Coordinating works within a live industrial environment
• Acting as the main point of contact for stakeholders and senior management

What We're Looking For

We are looking for candidates with:

• Proven experience as a Project Manager within industrial, infrastructure, or M&E environments
• Strong background working on live operational sites (e.g. energy, utilities, manufacturing)
• Experience managing multiple subcontract packages
• Solid understanding of health & safety and compliance-driven environments
• Ability to drive programme and manage delivery pressures effectively

Essential:

• SMSTS / CSCS (Black Card or equivalent)
• Previous experience in a contract/project-led environment
