Site Manager - Civils

The Opportunity

We are working with a leading organisation delivering works on a major industrial / energy site and we are looking to appoint an experienced Site Manager with a civils bias to support ongoing project delivery.

This is a long-term contract opportunity on a secure and well-established site, offering consistent work within a high-compliance, safety-critical environment.

The Role

As Site Manager, you will be responsible for day-to-day site operations, ensuring works are delivered safely, on programme, and to the required quality standards.

Key responsibilities include:

• Managing subcontractors and site teams
• Overseeing civils-based works (groundworks, drainage, infrastructure)
• Ensuring full compliance with HSE standards and site procedures
• Producing and reviewing RAMS, permits and site documentation
• Coordinating works within a live operational environment
• Liaising with stakeholders and reporting on progress

What We're Looking For

We are keen to speak with Site Managers who have:

• Proven experience delivering civils or infrastructure projects
• Strong background in groundworks, drainage, or industrial works
• Experience managing works in live or regulated environments (utilities, energy, industrial, etc.)
• Ability to oversee subcontractors and drive programme delivery
• Valid SMSTS, CSCS (Black or Gold), First Aid
