Roofer Multi Trader

Roofer Multi required - domestic property maintenance response repairs Responsibilities:

• Undertaking day to day response maintenance repairs
• To carry out minor roofing repairs to our properties
• Delivery of General Building / Roofing maintenance repairs / gutters / fascias / minor groundworks / minor brickwork
• As well as being capable of additional types of work with your skill set
• To achieve quality in carrying out carpentry work and that you comply with our health and safety policies and statutory legislation.

Requirements:

• Time Served/NVQ qualified in a trade
• Full tool set
• Full driving licence
