About the Role:

Are you a creative Art & Design specialist looking for a position in Hockley? A high-achieving secondary school, backed by a national Multi-Academy Trust, is seeking a dedicated Art Teacher across Key Stage 3 and Key Stage 4. Studio safety, clear boundaries, and exceptional behaviour management are key to this post, as is the ability to adapt practical art and design projects for pupils with SEN and specific learning barriers.

Easily reachable via public transport and road links from Southend-on-Sea, Rayleigh, and Rochford.

What You Need:

• Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) is essential.

• Specialism in Art & Design, Fine Art, Textiles, or 3D Design across KS3 and KS4.

• Strong classroom authority, studio management, and SEN differentiation skills.

• Valid Enhanced DBS on the Update Service.
