Job Title: Secondary PE Teacher

Salary: £150 - £210 per day

Contract Type: Full-time, Long-term Supply

About the Role:

An energetic Physical Education specialist is required for a progressive secondary school in Clacton-on-Sea. Delivering practical and theoretical PE across Key Stage 3 and Key Stage 4 (including GCSE PE / BTEC Sport), you will need outstanding pitch-side and sports hall behaviour management to ensure safety, discipline, and high engagement. The role also requires tailoring physical activities and routines to ensure pupils with Special Educational Needs (SEN) are fully included and supported.

What You Need:

• Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) is essential (ECTs and experienced teachers welcome).

• Proven track record teaching physical education across KS3 and KS4.

• Outstanding behaviour management strategies and commitment to adaptive teaching for SEN pupils.

• Current Enhanced DBS on the Update Service.
