Multi Trade Operative

Overview

A Multi‑Trade Operative is responsible for delivering high‑quality repairs, maintenance, and small works across a range of building trades. The role combines practical skill, problem‑solving, and customer service to ensure properties remain safe, functional, and well‑maintained.

Key Responsibilities

• aMulti‑trade repairs - Undertake tasks across several trades such as carpentry, plumbing, plastering, tiling, painting, and basic electrical work

  Essential Skills & Experience

  • Problem‑solving ability with a practical, hands‑on approach.
