Site Manager - National Grid Framework (NSV Clearance Required / Eligible)

The Opportunity

We are currently recruiting for an experienced Site Manager to support delivery across projects within the National Grid framework.

This role sits within a secure and regulated infrastructure environment, requiring candidates to either hold or be eligible for NSV (National Security Vetting) clearance.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day site operations across National Grid projects
• Oversee delivery of M&E, civils, and fit-out
• Coordinate subcontractors and site teams in live infrastructure environments
• Ensure strict adherence to HSE and regulatory compliance standards
• Manage RAMS, permits, and site documentation in controlled environments
• Deliver works to programme, quality, and commercial targets
• Liaise with client teams and stakeholders across secure sites

Requirements

• Proven experience as a Site Manager within utilities, infrastructure, or power sectors
• Strong background across:
  • M&E
  • Civils
  • Fit-out
• Experience in live / safety-critical environments
• Strong HSE and compliance knowledge

Security Clearance (Key Requirement)

• Candidates must hold OR be eligible for NSV clearance
• Ability to pass background checks and meet UK residency requirements
• Willingness to undergo clearance process if not currently held
