We are currently recruiting for an experienced Housing Officer to join an established housing provider covering the Nottinghamshire region on a temporary ongoing basis.

This is a fully remote role with no office attendance required, however the successful candidate will be expected to travel across the patch to visit customers and manage tenancy related matters.

Key Responsibilities:

• Managing a varied housing management patch across Nottinghamshire
• Delivering a high-quality tenancy and estate management service
• Handling lettings processes including viewings, sign-ups and void management
• Supporting customers to sustain their tenancies
• Conducting estate inspections and customer visits
• Working closely with internal teams and external agencies to resolve housing issues

Requirements:

• Previous experience within a Housing Officer or generic housing management role
• Strong knowledge of tenancy and estate management
• Experience managing lettings and tenancy related casework
• Ability to work independently and manage a remote workload
• Full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle preferred
