A leading UK Facilities Management company is seeking two experienced Maintenance Plumbers to join their team on a prestigious hospital contract in London.

The Role
As a Maintenance Plumber, you will be responsible for delivering planned preventative maintenance (PPM) and reactive plumbing and mechanical maintenance across a busy hospital site. You will play a key role in ensuring essential water, drainage, heating, and associated mechanical systems remain fully operational, safe, and compliant.

Working within a healthcare environment, you will be part of a professional engineering team supporting critical building services infrastructure.

Key Responsibilities
- Carrying out planned preventative maintenance (PPM) on plumbing and mechanical systems
- Reactive maintenance and fault finding across water systems and associated plant
- Maintenance of pipework, valves, taps, sanitary systems, drainage, and water supply systems
- Supporting basic mechanical building services equipment where required
- Responding to breakdowns and ensuring timely repairs
- Ensuring all work complies with health & safety and hospital standards
- Completing accurate maintenance records and documentation
- Liaising with the engineering team and site management

Requirements
- NVQ / City & Guilds Level 2 or 3 in Plumbing or Mechanical Engineering (or equivalent)
- Proven experience in commercial plumbing or facilities maintenance
- Strong fault-finding and repair skills
- Ability to work in a busy, critical healthcare environment
- Good communication and team-working skills

Desirable
- Previous hospital or healthcare environment experience
- Experience with domestic hot water systems, TMVs, and legionella control
- Multi-skilled background (mechanical exposure beneficial)
