We're looking for a Property Factoring Coordinator to join our busy services team. This is a key role supporting homeowners and sharing owners, providing guidance, resolving enquiries, and managing the administration of property factoring services.

What you'll do:

• Be the first point of contact for owner enquiries, providing clear, friendly, and professional support.
• Manage factoring administration including records, correspondence, invoicing, and statistics.
• Support debt recovery processes and manage high-value arrears cases.
• Assist with major works projects, homeowner welcome packs, and shared equity administration.
• Collaborate across teams, contractors, and consultants to deliver quality services.
• Help drive customer engagement and support vulnerable homeowners.
• Ensure accurate logging of enquiries, complaints, and actions in our management systems.

What we're looking for:

• Strong communication skills with a customer-focused mindset.
• Excellent attention to detail and organisational skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.
• Experience with administration, record-keeping, or property services is an advantage.
• Confidence working with debt management and legal processes is desirable.
