Area Service Delivery Manager

We're recruiting an Area Service Delivery Manager to oversee FM and maintenance delivery across a portfolio of multi‑site contracts.

You'll manage and support engineering teams across multiple trades, ensuring high standards of service delivery, compliance, and customer satisfaction. This is a hands‑on leadership role with responsibility for performance, people management, and operational efficiency.

Key responsibilities include:

• Managing and developing multi‑disciplinary engineering teams
• Ensuring KPIs, SLAs, and H&S standards are consistently met
• Overseeing maintenance delivery and supporting project works
• Acting as the key point of contact for client escalations
• Driving improvements across service delivery and performance

About you:

• Background in FM / maintenance with strong operational experience
• Proven experience managing engineers across multiple sites
• Confident leader with excellent communication skills
• Trade or FM management qualification preferred
