As a Social Worker within the Neighbourhood Team, you will be at the heart of the community. Your day-to-day duties will include:

• Managing a diverse and complex caseload within the local neighbourhood.

• Carrying out comprehensive Care Act assessments and reviews.

• Developing and implementing personalized, strength-based care and support plans.

• Working closely with multi-disciplinary teams, health professionals, and community partners to ensure holistic support.

• Managing safeguarding enquiries and ensuring the protection of vulnerable individuals.

• Promoting independence, well-being, and social inclusion for residents in Bolton.

• Qualifications: A recognized Social Work degree (BA/BSc/MA or equivalent).

• Registration: Active registration with Social Work England (SWE).

• Experience: Proven post-qualifying experience in statutory social work (ideally within community or neighbourhood teams).

• Skills: Excellent communication, a strong understanding of the Care Act 2014, and the ability to manage complex cases effectively.

• Mobility: A full UK driving license and access to a vehicle is highly desirable for community visits.

• Competitive Pay: An excellent hourly rate of £30.00/hr.
