JOB TITLE: Employment Solicitor (Senior)
PQE: 5+

SALARY: Up to £90,000 (DOE)
 
THE ROLE:
Join an award winning, highly reputable law firm seeking to welcome a talented and ambitious Solicitor to their thriving employment team. Deliver exceptional legal advice to a broad range of clients, including company owners, managers, HR professionals, in-house lawyers, public and private sector organisations and senior employees. Draft employment documents, advise on employee relations issues, become involved in investigations for clients, work on employment tribunal cases and assist with corporate transactions. The successful candidate will supervise junior lawyers, trainees and paralegals, build and maintain client relationships and contribute to the continued growth and business development of the firm.

THE CANDIDATE:
This firm is welcoming applications from qualified Solicitors who boast a minimum of 5 years PQE and demonstrate experience supporting on contentious, non-contentious and transactional employment matters. The successful candidate will be able to manage a complex and diverse caseload, provide high quality legal advice to an impressive client base, possess excellent communication and organisational skills, adhere to guidelines and be able to work both independently and as part of a collaborative team.
