Nursery Manager – up to £50,000 depending on experience

We are recruiting for a Nursery Manager to lead a 85 place Nursery close to Cheltenham. The role is working full time Monday to Friday, and there is onsite parking along with good bus links. The nursery building and grounds are beautiful and the nursery is part of the community so this really is a lovely role for someone looking to drive occupancy and take the bull by the horns with leading the day to day operations.

The role of Nursery Manager will include:

• Managing the day to day of a 85+ place Nursery
• Leading on quality and compliance across the Nursery setting
• Responsible for parent show rounds and registrations
• Managing a team of 20+ staff, leading, mentoring and inspiring them along the way
• Building excellent parent partnerships
• Embedding excellent Early Years practice
• Building occupancy and community presence

As the Nursery Manager you will have:

• Full and relevant childcare qualification, level 3 or above
• Previous experience managing a Nursery to a high standard
• Enjoy leading and motivating the team, role modelling best practice and mentoring
• Excellent parent partnerships
• Strong EYFS knowledge and embedding an engaging curriculum
• Strong organisation skills and able to keep calm during time of pressure

In return you can expect:

• Salary of up to £45,000 depending on experience
