Dental Receptionist
Nurse Seekers are recruiting for an exciting opportunity for a Dental Receptionist to join a busy, modern dental practice.
We’re looking for a friendly, confident and highly organised individual who is passionate about delivering an excellent patient experience. You’ll be the first point of contact for patients, providing a warm and professional welcome while supporting the smooth running of the practice.
Key Responsibilities
- Managing reception and patient enquiries
- Booking and managing appointments and diaries
- Registering new patients and maintaining accurate records
- Processing patient payments
- Providing administrative support to the clinical team
- Ensuring patients receive a high-quality, 5-star experience
About You
- Previous dental, healthcare, reception or customer service experience
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong organisational and multitasking abilities
- Confident using IT and Microsoft Office
- Professional, friendly and patient-focused
- Understanding of confidentiality and GDPR
- A proactive attitude and willingness to learn
