Whether you're looking for greater flexibility, want to gain experience across different settings or are searching for your next longer-term position, I can work with you to find opportunities that suit your experience, availability and preferences. 📍 Medway & Surrounding Areas 🏫 Secondary Schools & Specialist SEN Settings 📅 Day-to-Day, Short-Term & Long-Term Opportunities ⏰ Flexible Working Available 🧩 About You Ideally, you will have: Previous experience working with children or young people with SEN Experience supporting pupils on a 1:1 basis or within small groups Confidence supporting a range of additional learning needs Experience with autism, ADHD, challenging behaviour or complex needs A patient, compassionate and adaptable approach Strong communication and relationship-building skills Ability to support pupils both academically and pastorally A commitment to safeguarding, inclusion and pupil wellbeing🏫 About the Role As an SEN Teaching Assistant, you'll work alongside teaching and pastoral staff to support pupils with their learning, confidence and development.
