Branch Manager

We are currently looking for a Branch Manager to join a well-established Electrical Wholesaler on a permanent basis. This is a great opportunity for a motivated and skilled individual with a solid background in electrical wholesale to lead an established branch and drive its continued growth. This would be an ideal position for someone in the industry looking to progress into Branch Manager.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee the day-to-day operations of the branch, ensuring efficient and effective management.
• Lead and motivate a small team to meet and exceed sales targets.
• Manage stock levels and ensure timely reordering of products.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, suppliers, and internal teams.
• Ensure health and safety standards are adhered to at all times.
• Handle administrative tasks related to the branch, including budgeting and reporting.

Requirements:

• Previous experience in the electrical wholesale industry is preferred.
• Strong leadership and people management skills.
• Excellent communication and organisational abilities.
• Proven track record of achieving sales targets and managing a successful branch.

Salary is negotiable depending on experience, plus bonus, plus company car.
