Frame Assembly & Beading Assembly Operatives Tunstall, Stoke-on-Trent £12.71 – £13.50 per hour
Monday–Thursday: 6:00am–5:00pm
Friday: 6:00am–4:00pm JLC Workforce Solutions Ltd are recruiting on behalf of a well-established, family-run manufacturing company based in Tunstall, Stoke-on-Trent, specialising in the manufacture of certified fire doors and fire door sets supplied to customers across the UK. We are looking for reliable and hardworking Frame Assembly & Beading Assembly Operatives to join their busy production team. The Role Working within the production department, your duties will include:

• Assembling timber door frames to specification
• Carrying out frame assembly and preparation
• Beading assembly and fitting
• Measuring and assembling components accurately
• Using hand tools and basic woodworking equipment
• Checking finished products for quality and accuracy
• Following production instructions and specifications
• Maintaining a clean and safe working environment
• Working as part of a team to meet daily production targets

The Ideal Candidate

• Previous experience in frame assembly, beading assembly, joinery, woodworking or manufacturing is desirable
• Experience using hand tools would be an advantage
• Good attention to detail and accuracy
• Reliable, hardworking and punctual
• Able to follow instructions and work to set specifications
• Comfortable working in a busy production environment
• Good team player with a positive attitude

Training will be given to the right person, so relevant experience is advantageous but not essential. We are particularly interested in candidates who are reliable, keen to learn and have a good work ethic. Working Hours Monday to Thursday: 6:00am – 5:00pm
Friday: 6:00am – 4:00pm Pay Rate £12.71 – £13.50 per hour, depending on experience and suitability for the role.
