Monday–Friday | Rotating Day/Noon Shifts
Temp to Perm Opportunity JLC Workforce Solutions are currently recruiting for Press Machine Operators to join a successful and growing manufacturing company based in Stoke-on-Trent. Our client designs and manufactures high-strength composite products for underground infrastructure, supplying products used across the telecoms, rail, water and energy sectors. THE ROLE As a Press Machine Operator, your duties will include:
- Operating press machinery safely and efficiently
- Loading and unloading materials
- Monitoring the production process
- Carrying out quality checks on finished products
- Following production specifications and health & safety procedures
- Working towards production targets
- Keeping the work area clean and organised
- Working as part of a busy production team
- Previous press machine or manufacturing experience is preferred
- Production experience would be an advantage
- Good attention to detail
- Reliable, punctual and hardworking
- Able to follow instructions and work safely
- Comfortable working in a busy manufacturing environment
- Good team-working skills
Noon Shift: 2:00pm – 10:00pm WHAT’S ON OFFER? £14.23 per hour
