I’m currently recruiting for an experienced Resident Liaison Officer to join a busy team working on a kitchens and bathrooms refurbishment programme in the Ware area.

This is a fantastic temp-to-perm opportunity for someone with strong resident-facing experience who is looking for long-term work and the opportunity to secure a permanent position.

The Role

As the Resident Liaison Officer, you will act as the key point of contact between residents and the site team throughout the programme of kitchen and bathroom works.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Liaising with residents before, during and after works are completed

• Arranging and managing resident appointments and access

• Keeping residents updated on planned works and timescales

• Handling resident queries, concerns and complaints professionally

• Carrying out pre- and post-works visits where required

• Working closely with site managers, supervisors and operatives

• Maintaining accurate records and resident information

• Ensuring a high level of customer service throughout the project

What We’re Looking For

• Previous experience as a Resident Liaison Officer

• Experience working on social housing refurbishment projects, ideally kitchens and bathrooms

• Excellent communication and customer service skills

• A professional and empathetic approach when dealing with residents

• Strong organisational and administrative skills

• Ability to manage multiple residents and appointments effectively
