Graduate Commercial Energy Analyst

The Role

As a Customer Energy Solutions Analyst, you’ll play a key role in selling and structuring energy supply solutions for some of the UK’s largest and most complex energy users. Reporting to the Head of Industrial Sales and Solutions, you’ll gain hands-on exposure to power markets, REGOs, RGGOs, EV charging, Power Purchase Agreements, Capacity Markets and flexibility services, building future-facing skills and a genuine career path in energy solutions. There’s plenty of room to grow as you develop your commercial and technical expertise.

You will:

• Advise clients on complex energy and decarbonisation challenges
• Structure innovative energy supply contracts and commercial solutions
• Analyse consumption, generation and BESS data for insights
• Build reports, feasibility studies and client presentations
• Support market analysis and commercial decision-making
• Collaborate with Sales and Account teams to deliver excellent service

Requirements

Must-Have:

• STEM degree (2:1 or above) or equivalent analytical experience
• Strong understanding of the energy transition and market trends
• Confident communicator able to simplify complex topics
• Comfortable working with data and consumption analysis

Nice-to-Have:

• Knowledge of wholesale energy markets, pricing or flexibility products
• Experience balancing independent ownership with team collaboration
