We’re looking for a confident Night Manager to join a welcoming hospitality team in Lewes on a temporary basis. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who enjoys working independently, leading a team and delivering excellent guest service throughout the night.

Key Responsibilities

As Night Manager, you’ll be responsible for ensuring a smooth and secure overnight operation, including:

• Managing front office operations, including late arrivals and early departures
• Responding to guest enquiries and handling overnight emergencies
• Maintaining the safety and security of guests and the premises
• Completing night audits and managing financial information
• Leading and supporting the night team
• Carrying out light cleaning duties, ensuring guest toilets are stocked and spotless ready for breakfast

What we’re looking for

We’re looking for someone reliable, confident and comfortable taking responsibility during the night.

• Previous experience within a hotel as a Night Manager
• Strong guest service and communication skills
• Confident handling unexpected situations independently
• Good attention to detail, particularly with security and financial information
• A professional and well-presented approach
