Job description
This role combines learning and practical on the job training. At the end of it all, you'll have a Level 3 qualification in Business Administration. Make no mistake, it’ll be hard work. You’ll need to be highly motivated, but we’ll help you balance your work and studies, better still, you will enjoy a host of great benefits.
The apprenticeship will be delivered in England by CT Skills or in Wales by Educ8.
The L3 Business Administration Apprentice – Contracts Support Apprentice is responsible for the supporting the management of one of two Theory Test Contracts: Test Centre Network (TCN) or the Theory Test Assessment Platform (TTAP) and the operational management of the services provided through these contracts.
Your responsibilities will include, but aren’t limited to:
- Support the administration of contract and operational documentation for the Theory Test Service Contracts.
- Support the routine financial reporting and invoice reconciliation, producing reports for Contract and Operational Delivery Manager for one of the Theory Test Services.
- Support the analysis of data reports to help the operational and contractual management of supplied services.
- Provide secretariat support for Contract management Boards including the producing of outputs for circulation.
- Deal with general enquiries from suppliers of Theory Test Services, along with other key stakeholders.
- Produce KPI performance reports for each supplier.

To be successful in this role you will need to have the following experience:
- Experience of producing and analysing reports, for example tracking invoices, supplier performance including KPI management
- Experience of providing generalist administrative support, including query management, incident management and note taking

To be eligible for this apprenticeship, you must:
- Be aged 18 or over.
- Have the right work in the UK.
- Hold the required qualifications.
- Not be in full-time education.
- Not be in receipt of funding for other learning programmes at the point of enrolment for this apprenticeship.

Working hours, office attendance and travel requirements
Full time roles consist of 37 hours per week.
Whilst we welcome applications from those looking to work with us on a part time basis, there is a business requirement for the successful candidate to be able to work at least 32 hours per week.
This role is suitable for hybrid working, which is a non-contractual arrangement where a combination of workplace and home-based working can be accommodated subject to business requirements.
The expectation at present is a minimum of 60% of your working time a month will be spent at either your designated workplace (one of the locations cited in the advert) or, when required for business reasons, in another office/work location/visiting stakeholders. Your designated workplace will be your contractual place of work. There may be occasions where you are required to attend above the minimum expectation.
Occasional travel to other offices will be required, which may involve overnight stays.
