This is a particularly strong opportunity for a CPA, EA, or accountant actively working toward one of those designations who has 3–5+ years of experience and wants a genuine opportunity to grow professionally.

The Role

You'll work with a diverse portfolio of small business clients, handling accounting, tax preparation, compliance, and advisory-related responsibilities.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Preparing individual, business, and fiduciary tax returns
• Preparing federal and state tax filings
• Preparing payroll tax and sales tax returns
• Reviewing and analyzing accounting records and financial statements
• Providing small business accounting and bookkeeping services
• Working extensively with QuickBooks
• Communicating directly with clients regarding accounting and tax matters
• Taking on progressively greater responsibility as you develop within the firm

The Ideal Candidate

We're interested in speaking with professionals who have:

• 3–5+ years of accounting/public accounting experience
• Federal & state tax preparation experience
• Strong small business accounting experience
• Excellent QuickBooks skills
• CPA or EA designation OR actively pursuing CPA/EA
• Strong client-facing and communication skills
• An interest in eventually taking on management responsibility

Compensation

• $80,000–$100,000 base salary
