About the role
FCAW WELDERS WANTED! - BELFAST
We’re anticipating FCAW Welder opportunities in Belfast (BT3) and are currently getting ahead of the curve for candidates who may be interested.
Location: Belfast, BT3
Role: FCAW Welders
Anticipated starts: From 21/09
Rate: £24.20 per hour + £8 per hour travel allowance (TA is only paid for candidates who live 39 miles or more from site!)
Immediate starts anticipated
The work will involve heavy steel plate welding across ship projects. Candidates should be confident working from fabrication drawings and welding procedures, with experience in positional welding and structural steel.
We’re looking for:
Relevant FCAW welding experience
Experience working with heavy steel plate
Relevant trade qualifications/papers/current codings
Ability to pass a trade test
A strong focus on safety and quality
Please note: Candidates will be responsible for arranging and covering their own accommodation and transportation.
