About the role
Morson Edge is recruiting on behalf of a prestigious client based in the Hoddesdon area. We are seeking Warehouse Operatives; no prior experience is required. As a Production Operative, your responsibilities will include testing, cleaning, and repacking returned items such as vacuum cleaners, air fryers, and wireless routers. You will also be involved in sorting parts at both ends of the returns line. Additionally, you will support your team with daily operational tasks.
Key Skills:
- Basic IT skills, with the ability to use computers effectively
- Strong team player, comfortable working within a diverse group
- Good communication skills in English
- Previous experience in a warehouse or production environment is advantageous but not essential
Job Details:
- Shifts: 07:00 – 15:30 or 14:00 – 22:00
- Hourly Rate: £12.71
- Overtime: Paid at 1.25x or 1.5x, depending on the day worked
- Work Environment: Friendly, clean, and supportive
- Facilities: Free onsite parking and complimentary refreshments (coffee, tea, water)
