Sales Administrator                                      Trafford Park              £28,00 – £32,000 doe

A leading organisation has an exciting new role that offers variation – supporting a team of Sales reps with all sale’s administrative duties – no two days shall be the same, if you want to join a business with an excellent reputation, then please apply today

Responsibilities include:

• Processing customers orders, dealing with stock enquiries, processing through to despatch
• Raising sales orders and handling any late/missing deliveries
• Liaising with suppliers and placing orders for stock
• Dealing with a variety of customer telephone enquiries and emails
• Working closely with the warehouse team and booking courier and pallet collections via third party logistics
• Maintaining the Sage 200 database and stock management system
• Undertaking stock, buying and stock control duties
• General administrative tasks, as required
