Residential Property Solicitor

Manage a varied residential conveyancing caseload from instruction to completion, working on a mix of transactions in a well-established Bromsgrove office. This role suits a Residential Property Solicitor/Conveyancer (5+PQE) who enjoys high-quality work, close client contact, and contributing to a wider regional team.

About the role
You'll handle residential property matters as part of a wider regional team, providing a full conveyancing service to a broad client base. The role exists to support sustained demand for residential work and to help maintain a consistent, high standard of client service across the group. You'll have scope to manage your own files while collaborating with colleagues on more complex or time-sensitive matters.

What you'll do

• Manage a range of residential property transactions, including sales and purchases.
• Handle freehold and leasehold work, including re-mortgages and country properties.
• Deal with shared ownership, right to buy, leases and easements in line with conveyancing processes.
• Progress files from instruction through to completion, keeping clients updated throughout.
• Ensure compliance with legal, regulatory and best practice requirements.
• Share best practice and support the professional development of others.
• Contribute to business development activities when required.

What you'll need

• Qualified Solicitor, Legal Executive or Licensed Conveyancer.
• Minimum 5 years' post-qualified experience in residential property conveyancing.
• Proven experience handling a variety of conveyancing matters appropriate to this level.
• Strong communication, negotiation and client management skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively within a supportive team.
• Excellent attention to detail.
