Sous Chef – SB2494

A beautiful country pub which has a great reputation is recruiting for a Sous Chef to work alongside the Chef Patron. The pub offers diners a fantastic menu which is freshly prepared, using high quality locally sourced ingredients. As Sous chef you will have a strong input on the seasonal menus consisting of good honest pub food made from scratch. The pub serves food both lunchtime and dinner with a separate Sunday lunch and kids menu. In this Sous Chef role you will be working within a small team of up to 4 chefs and will take responsibility in the absence of the Head Chef.

Requirements:

A Sous Chef who has been working in a similar fresh food pub or restaurant where you gained all round cooking skills is needed for this role. It is important that you can work well in a small team of chefs, bringing strong cooking abilities but also the creativity needed to design new dishes and leadership skills necessary for running service.

Due to the location of this property it is essential that all applicants have access to their own transport
