Our client is looking for a genuine team-player to join the firm (5 days in the office)

What you’ll be doing day to day:

• Providing full EA support to the Senior Leaders
• Managing schedules, preparing material for meetings, looking after clients
• Overseeing all the travel related invoices, and expenses
• Being the key liaison across internal teams and key stakeholders
• Supporting the Senior Leadership meetings, offsites, and business events
• Handling highly confidential information with complete discretion
• Collaborating with other EA team members
• Bringing on board new processes to enhance efficiency

The skills you need to bring:

• Experience as an EA in a corporate or financial services environment
• Previous experience of fast paced challenging diaries
• Meticulous attention to detail
• Able to prioritise effectively, take decisions and be proactive
• Confidence
• Superb organisational skills
• Great communication skills (written and verbal)
