Autism Support Assistant
Fareham | Full Time | Term Time Only
£14.25 per hour
Pink Tile Education are seeking an Autism Support Assistant to join a specialist educational setting in Fareham.
You’ll be supporting pupils with Autism Spectrum Condition (ASC), helping them navigate their school day, access learning opportunities and develop confidence, communication and independence.
The role:

Supporting students with ASC in the classroom
Providing structured and consistent support
Using visual aids and communication strategies
Supporting sensory and emotional needs
Helping pupils achieve their personal learning goals
Working closely with teaching staff and specialists

Have experience working with children or young people
Have a keen interest in autism and neurodiversity

Can remain calm under pressure
