Role Details Position: EYFS Teaching Assistant Location: Luton Salary: £465-£500 per week Start Date: Immediate or September Sector: Education and Training The Role As an EYFS Teaching Assistant, you will: Support children throughout the school day, both in and out of the classroom. Deliver engaging one-to-one and small-group interventions. Assist with early phonics, reading, writing, maths, and creative learning activities. Encourage children's social, emotional, and personal development. Help create a positive, inclusive, and stimulating learning environment. Work closely with experienced teachers to ensure every child reaches their full potential. We're Looking For Someone Who: Has a genuine passion for working with young children. Is patient, enthusiastic, and reliable. Can comfortably commute to Luton. Has previous experience in education, childcare, or a nursery setting (desirable but not essential).
