Sen Teaching Assistant

Walsall, West Midlands (County) Sprint Education Recruitment We are looking for a caring, enthusiastic, and dedicated SEN Teaching Assistant to join a welcoming and inclusive mainstream primary school in Walsall. This is a full time position starting in September 2026, with the potential for the role to become permanent for the right candidate. The Role As an SEN Teaching Assistant, you will work alongside the class teacher and SEND team to provide tailored support to pupils with a range of additional needs. Your responsibilities will include providing one to one support, assisting with small group activities, encouraging positive engagement in lessons, and helping pupils develop their confidence, independence, and social skills.
