Overview

We are currently recruiting for an Assembly Operative to join a well-established manufacturing business based in Benton. This is a fantastic temp-to-perm opportunity working with small precision components in a clean and organised production environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Assembling small components with a high level of accuracy and attention to detail
• Following detailed work instructions, diagrams, and specifications
• Conducting visual quality checks to ensure products meet company standards
• Using hand tools and small assembly equipment where required
• Maintaining a clean and safe working area in line with health & safety procedures
• Meeting daily production targets and deadlines
• Reporting any faults, defects, or issues to supervisors promptly

Key Skills & Experience

• Previous assembly, production, or manufacturing experience is desirable
• Experience working with small components or delicate materials is advantageous
• Strong attention to detail and manual dexterity
• Ability to follow instructions and work to a high standard
• Good reliability and timekeeping
• A positive attitude and ability to work both independently and as part of a team
