Learning Support Assistant (LSA)

Permanent, 37.5 hours a week, term-time +3 weeks

Starting As Soon As Possible

FTE: £25,185 - £25,989 per annum

Pro Rata: £23,074 - £24,246 per annum, including an allowance for holiday pay

Role Overview

Learning Support Assistants play a vital part in delivering high-quality SEND provision across the Academy. Deployment may include:

  • In-class support
  • Small-group or 1:1 interventions
  • Working within specialist Nurture classrooms, the Cognition & Learning Base, or the SEMH Base
