Production Assembler

We are currently recruiting for a Production Assembler to join a busy and fast-paced manufacturing business based in Poole.
This is an excellent opportunity for a career-minded individual who enjoys hands-on work, thrives in a varied environment, and takes pride in producing high-quality work.

This role would suit someone with previous production, assembly, finishing, or manufacturing experience who is looking to develop within a growing business.

Key Responsibilities for the Production Assembler role:

• Operating and maintaining guillotines safely and efficiently
• Assembling products using heat bending and riveting techniques
• Packing completed orders ready for dispatch
• Monitoring stock levels and preparing weekly top-up order lists
• Supporting other areas of production when required
• Using the Pace ERP system to locate and move orders

The Ideal Candidate for the Production Assembler role:

• Previous experience within production, assembly and maufacturing environments 
• Strong attention to detail and ability to work accurately at pace
• Proactive and flexible approach to work
• Good organisational skills and ability to manage workload effectively
• Positive attitude with willingness to learn and support the wider team

This role is working Monday to Friday – 8am to :430pm
