About the role

Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the GS-14 grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate the following: Working knowledge of OSD, Joint Staff (JROC, JCB, FCBs) and COCOM organizations and Planning, Programming and Budget (PPBE) system/process at the Service Headquarters level, and broad understanding of the Navy program of record. Maintaining a high level of independent productivity and quality of work with a dynamic workload and staff as well as leading project/product teams and managing personnel administration. Providing experience with capability/requirements definition, documents and decision products for acquisition milestones while utilizing critical skills of written and oral communications, and demonstrated ability to brief, advise and provide recommendations to Flag Officers and Senior Executives. Demonstrating skills working with Navy and DoD requirements management and acquisition processes, while possessing the abilities in assessing, reviewing and drafting acquisition requirements, management policies and regulations.
