This is an exciting opportunity to work in a fast-paced environment, providing essential administrative support across compliance, maintenance, health and safety, sustainability, and capital projects. • Coordinate meetings, manage shared inboxes, and track actions.
  • Monitor compliance schedules and support audits and inspections.
  • Coordinate maintenance works and liaise with contractors and school staff.
  • Maintain estates management systems and produce reports to support decision making.
  • Assist with sustainability initiatives, including maintaining Climate Action and Sustainability Plans.
  • Support procurement activities, capital projects, and condition improvement works across the Trust.

We are looking for someone who:

  • Has recent experience in a busy administrative environment.
  • Has excellent organisational skills and can manage competing priorities.
  • Is highly detail-focused and able to maintain accurate records and data.
  • Has strong Microsoft Office skills, particularly in Word and Excel.
  • Can build positive relationships with a wide range of stakeholders.
  • Is able to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Holds GCSE English and Maths (Grade C/4 or equivalent).

Experience within estates, facilities, property management, compliance administration, or the education sector would be advantageous but is not essential.
