(Senior) Business Analyst – Core System, Insurance

Job Responsibilities


Gather, analyze, and document business and system requirements.


Work closely with stakeholders to define workflows, business processes, and solution requirements.


Translate business needs into user stories, functional specifications, and acceptance criteria.


Facilitate Agile activities including sprint planning, backlog refinement, and UAT.


Collaborate with business and IT teams to deliver effective solutions and process improvements.


Act as the key liaison between stakeholders and technical teams throughout the project lifecycle.


Job Requirements


Degree holder in Business, Information Systems, Computer Science, or related disciplines.


5+ years of Business Analysis experience in system implementation or transformation projects.


Strong experience in requirements gathering, stakeholder management, and Agile delivery.


Knowledge of SDLC, JIRA, APIs, system integrations, and SQL is an advantage.


Experience in Insurance Core Systems (Underwriting, Policy Administration, Claims) is highly preferred.


Strong communication skills in English and Cantonese; Mandarin is a plus.


Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills.


Candidates with less experience will be considered for the Business Analyst position.
