As the sales manager, you will take full responsibility for running the sales department. This is a key appointment for the business and requires a motivated, commercially-minded individual who can lead, manage, and grow the sales operation, while maintaining the company’s commitment to exceptional client service.

Our client is looking for someone who takes pride in their professionalism, cares about the quality of their work, and values long-term relationships over short-term gains. • Have a minimum of 5 years’ experience within residential sales, including at least 2 years in a senior or managerial capacity
• Possess detailed knowledge of the central/prime London market
• Demonstrate strong leadership and team management skills
• Have proven success in business development
• Be highly organised, self-motivated, and confident working autonomously in a small but dynamic team
• Display outstanding communication and negotiation skills, with a polished and professional manner.

The salary on offer for this sales management role will include a generous basic of £50,000 to £60,000, plus on target earnings enabling you to earn upwards of £100,000!

Working hours are Monday to Thursday from 9am to 6pm and Friday from 9am to 5.30pm. NO WEEKENDS!!
