About the role
A leading UK financial services organisation is looking for a Process Reinvention Lead to drive transformation through data, AI and automation.
You’ll own the process reinvention pipeline from opportunity identification and prioritisation through to delivery, adoption and value realisation.
Key responsibilities:
- Lead the Process Reinvention capability and manage the opportunity pipeline
- Drive process discovery, mapping, measurement and redesign
- Apply process mining, automation, analytics and AI to deliver measurable value
- Partner with senior stakeholders across the business
- Embed change into BAU and track benefits
- Shape new approaches and mentor others
You’ll bring:
- Experience in AI-led process reinvention or large-scale process transformation
- Strong knowledge of data, analytics, automation and AI
- Process mapping, process mining, design thinking or service design experience
- Understanding of financial services, risk and regulation
- Strong senior stakeholder and influencing skills
- A strategic, analytical and outcome-focused mindset
