A fantastic opportunity for a qualified accountant looking to make their first or second move into investment and build a career within an ambitious early-stage investment fund.

We are working with a specialist investment company backing innovative, high-growth businesses across the agri-tech, food, agriculture and health ecosystem.

The fund invests at venture and growth stage across the UK and Europe, providing capital to ambitious businesses and entrepreneurs developing new technologies, products and solutions within these rapidly evolving markets.

You will likely be ACA qualified, currently working within Transaction Services, Corporate Finance, M&A or a similar deals environment within a leading accountancy firm, or potentially already operating within an investment or corporate finance team in industry.

This is an opportunity to move from advising on transactions to becoming an investor.

Working closely with an experienced investment team, you will be involved throughout the investment lifecycle – identifying and assessing new opportunities, financial modelling and valuation, market and sector analysis, commercial due diligence, preparing investment papers and supporting transactions through execution.

Post-investment, you will also work with portfolio businesses as they scale, providing strategic and financial insight and developing your experience as an active investor.

We are particularly interested in individuals who combine strong financial and transaction capability with genuine commercial curiosity and an interest in the future of agriculture, food, agri-tech and related technologies.
