About the role
Core Trainee - Emergency Medicine
Locum SHO/Middle Grade doctor required for the Emergency Department at Altnagelvin Hospital, Western Health and Social Care Trust. Shift on Sunday 27th September 2026.
The ED at Altnagelvin is a busy acute department serving the Western Trust catchment area. The successful candidate will provide frontline emergency care including triage, assessment, investigation, and management of undifferentiated acute presentations.
Requirements:
- SHO or Middle Grade level with current ED experience, or minimum 4 months ED experience
- Must have HSE Encompass training
- Valid GMC registration with licence to practise
- Right to work in the UK
- Up-to-date AccessNI clearance
- Professional indemnity insurance
- Minimum 2 professional references
