• Delivery Consultant – Manchester City Centre
• £28,000–£30,000 basic salary + commission scheme

We are continuing to grow our Manchester team and are looking for a Delivery Consultant to take ownership of candidate delivery and help build on the success of an existing client account.

THE DELIVERY CONSULTANT ROLE
You will take ownership of delivery across an established client account, building strong relationships and ensuring we continue to provide an excellent service. You will manage the candidate journey from initial search and engagement through to screening, interview coordination and offer, while developing a detailed understanding of the client’s hiring needs and market.

• Own candidate delivery and day-to-day recruitment activity across the account
• Build trusted relationships with candidates and client stakeholders
• Source and engage talent using LinkedIn, recruitment platforms and job boards
• Manage pipelines, interviews, feedback and offers to keep processes moving
• Identify opportunities to improve delivery and build on the account’s existing success

DELIVERY CONSULTANT ESSENTIAL SKILLS

• Experience in recruitment, a client-facing role or another relationship-led environment
• Confident communication skills and the ability to build strong relationships
• Organised, proactive and comfortable taking ownership of workload and outcomes
• Commercial mindset with the motivation to succeed in a target-driven environment
• Resilience, attention to detail and a strong candidate-service mentality

WORKING HOURS
Monday to Thursday: 8:30am–5:30pm | Friday: 8:30am–5:00pm. This is a full-time, onsite position based in Manchester City Centre.
