Team Leader Location: Aberystwyth Salary :£13.50 per hour Vacancy Type: Permanent, Full Time (40 hours per week) Are you the candidate we are looking for? At Shaftesbury Aberystwyth we are recruiting for a Team Leader. You will be working between our services at Hafan Y Coed and Brodawel. About the role As a Team Leader it will be your duty to oversee the day to day running of the service. This will include supporting the staff team and the people supported. We are looking for candidates who have obtained a NVQ Level 3 in health and social care or are willing to work towards this qualification. There will be a requirement to cover sleep in sessions. You will be paid an additional £60 per sleep in. As a Team Leader you will be required to be part of the On Call rota for the service. You will be paid an additional £10 per session. Brodawel is one of 35 registered care homes run by Shaftesbury, the disability charity that connects people with their communities.
