Operating Model ConsultantDigital Transformation & Organisational DesignLocation: Remote First Rate: £450-£540 per day (Inside IR35) Contract: 7 Weeks Start Date: ASAPAbout the RoleWe're supporting a major public sector transformation programme seeking an Operating Model Consultant to help shape the future delivery model of a high-profile digital initiative.This is a hands-on consulting role focused on defining and refining digital operating models, supporting strategic decision-making and helping establish frameworks that improve prioritisation, governance and organisational effectiveness. You'll work closely with senior stakeholders to ensure digital capabilities are aligned to broader business objectives.What You'll Be DoingSupporting the development and implementation of digital operating models.Defining roles, responsibilities and governance structures across digital functions.Developing prioritisation frameworks to support investment and delivery decisions.Working with senior stakeholders to align operating model design with strategic objectives.Assessing current-state structures and identifying opportunities for improvement.Facilitating workshops and stakeholder sessions to gather requirements and build consensus.Producing recommendations, roadmaps and supporting documentation.Contributing to wider transformation and organisational change initiatives.What We're Looking ForExperience designing or implementing operating models within digital or transformation environments.Strong understanding of business strategy and organisational design principles.Experience developing prioritisation frameworks and governance approaches.Background in business transformation, business architecture or digital transformation.Ability to engage confidently with senior stakeholders.Strong workshop facilitation and stakeholder management skills.Consulting experience within complex organisations or public sector environments is highly desirable.Why Join?This is an opportunity to join a fast-moving digital transformation programme and make an immediate impact from day one.
