Product Owner (M/F/H)

We are looking for an experienced Product Owner to join a major digital transformation program. You will play a key role in developing digital, data-driven and decision-support solutions that support grid planning, scenario management, grid studies and long-term investment decisions. Working at the intersection of business, IT, data and energy, you will act as the bridge between Grid Development experts and multidisciplinary digital delivery teams. What you will do: Define and communicate the product vision, roadmap and priorities Own, prioritize and continuously improve the product backlog Translate complex business needs into clear product requirements, user stories and acceptance criteria Work closely with business experts, Business Analysts, Solution Architects, IT and Data teams Lead continuous discovery with end users and expert communities Coordinate sprint and release planning and manage cross-team dependencies Ensure delivered solutions meet business needs and support user adoption Drive Agile ways of working, continuous improvement and pragmatic innovation Balance business value, feasibility, risks and delivery constraints Proven experience as a Product Owner, Product Manager, Business Analyst or similar role Experience in an Agile, digital or product-oriented environment Strong understanding of the energy sector, grid development, infrastructure or another data-intensive environment Experience with data products, analytical tools, workflow digitalization or decision-support solutions is a strong plus Ability to translate expert needs into clear priorities and actionable product requirements Strong stakeholder management and communication skills Comfortable influencing multidisciplinary teams without formal authority Fluent in English and professionally comfortable in Dutch and/or French Master's degree or equivalent experience Location: Brussels Hybrid: 2 days/week on-site If you are looking for a role combining Product Management, Digital Transformation, Data, this could be your next challenge.
