Kenect Recruitment is looking for a reliable Van Driver to join a stable client in Bristol. Unlike typical multi-drop roles that rush you off your feet, this position offers a relaxed pace with just 5 to 10 deliveries per day.

This is more than just a driving job-it’s a chance to get your foot in the door with a company that rewards reliability. We are looking for someone who wants to settle down; this is an ongoing role with a clear path to a permanent contract for the right candidate.

The Shift Breakdown:

• Monday to Friday: 08:30 – 17:30 (Stable, guaranteed hours).

• Saturdays: Just 2 per month (4 hours) – a great chance to boost your pay without losing your whole weekend.

• The “No-Stress” Routine: Load your van in the morning, drive to 5-10 local customers, collect returns, and head back. If you finish early, you’ll support the warehouse team to round out your 8-hour day (keeping your hours full).

What we need from you:

• A Full UK Category B Driving Licence (Manual) with no more than 6 penalty points.

• A solid work ethic-we need someone who is happy to muck in with warehouse duties when the van is empty.
