Compliance Assistant

An exciting opportunity for a junior property professional to take the next step in their career and gain experience across property management, compliance and building safety.

You’ll join a growing residential property business and work closely with an experienced Compliance Manager who will provide plenty of support and training as you develop.

What you’ll be doing

• Keeping property and compliance records up to date
• Chasing and organising documents from contractors and property managers
• Tracking repairs, inspections and compliance actions
• Supporting fire and building safety processes
• Updating Excel spreadsheets and internal systems
• Helping with general property administration
• Occasionally attending local properties and sites

What we’re looking for

We’re looking for someone with around 1 year’s experience in property administration who is ready to learn and progress.

You’ll be:

• Organised and detail-focused
• Confident using Excel and Microsoft Office
• Comfortable communicating with tenants, contractors and colleagues
• Keen to learn and take on more responsibility
• Interested in developing a career in residential property

No previous compliance experience is needed – full training will be provided.
