Employment Partner

TSR Legal are working with a highly regarded and ambitious regional law firm seeking an experienced Employment Partner to play a key role in the continued growth of its Employment team.

This is an excellent opportunity for an established Employment Solicitor looking for autonomy and the chance to build, lead and develop a successful practice within a well-respected firm. The successful candidate will manage a broad and varied caseload of contentious and non-contentious Employment matters, advising a diverse client base.

Alongside managing high-quality legal work, you will take a leading role in developing client relationships and growing the firm’s presence within the local market. This will include networking, business development, building relationships with referrers and identifying opportunities to generate new work and collaborate across the wider business.

You will also have the opportunity to contribute to the strategic direction and future growth of the Employment practice, while supporting and mentoring junior lawyers and members of the wider team.

About You

We are keen to speak with Employment Solicitors who have:

• Strong experience across both contentious and non-contentious Employment matters
• A proven track record of business development, networking and client generation
• An established reputation and professional network within the regional market
• A following or a clear and credible business case for future practice growth
• Strong commercial awareness and confidence advising clients at a senior level
• Leadership experience or the ambition to take on a significant leadership role

This role would particularly suit an entrepreneurial and commercially minded Senior Associate, Legal Director or existing Partner who is looking for a platform to develop their practice with the support and infrastructure of an established and successful law firm.
